The UB poker star, Annie Duke, tweeted today she is now engaged to Joe Reitman. They have been dating for some time, but Annie’s cagy tweet, “I said Yes,” let the world know the news. Reitman, a Hollywood character actor, producer and director is shown smiling next to a radiant Duke, her left hand glinting.
You may recognize Reitman from movies where he had small roles, such as American Pie 2 and The Perfect Storm. Reitman has been in poker forum comments before as the husband of Shannon Elizabeth, another semi-famous poker player. He played in tournaments himself during that marriage, taking an online poker title on UB.com in 2006. His winnings were over 1 million.
Annie is of course a long-time poker celebrity, and sister to poker legend Howard Lederer. She also recently branched out in Donald Trump’s Apprentice and became a finalist on the show.
