PokerStars had some major action in the month of October. The month was full of impact action that proved skill can lead you to the big paychecks. Many familiar names came out on top of the leaderboards. RelaAndyBeal led the way with over $680,000 of winnings which leads him to a career earning of over $370,000.

A familiar name, Prahlad ‘Prefontaine’ Friedman had a rough month of October. He hit his peak of $1,317,685 in mid October but since has lost over $770,000. He was unable to break into the top 48 earners. This still doesn’t mean you should count him out for the month of November. His play style will surely bring him to the top again soon.

RealAndyBeal and Arbiannight were deemed top spots both of which bankrolled over $600,000. Both of these players earned more than twice the amount of third place player venced0r who earned just over $300,000. RealAndyBeal and Arbiannight both had the largest sessions of $435k and $486k. The rest of the leader board was filed with a list of winners including regular top earners like urnotindangr, Sauce123, ZhugeL1ang, ilvdnfl, philivey2694, and Vaga_Lion.

The top 48 at PokerStars is proving more and more how good they really are. Only four of the 48 players are career losers. This is quite surprising considering the proportion of the monthly winnings compared to career earnings of the lot.

The action from October will prove to make an exciting November to come. There is plenty at stake and big earnings are awaiting the players. It will be very interesting to see how the upcoming month turns out for the previous top winners plus the upcoming participating stars.
